Personal Account Manager
Every customer of 03NumberShop is allocated a personal account manager who will be available to answer any questions. Our expert team have the knowledge and experience to ensure you receive the service you and your business deserves.
We all know first impressions count so why not ensure your customers are greeted with a professional message. The call can then be forwarded to your landline or mobile, or the caller can navigate themselves through the a desired person with an options menu.
Our great fax-to-email service uses cutting edge technology to allow faxes to be sent via a virtual phone number and delivered as a PDF attachment to your email address. This ensures maximum security for your messages and electronic storage on your servers. It’s also great news in terms of printing, paper and line rental costings, as well as making your company all the more green in the process.
Voicemail To Email
If you’re busy your customers can leave you a voicemail message, which are then delivered to your email address as audio files. These can be delivered to multiple addresses, listened to on the go or forwarded to the correct contact within your business.
View your incoming call statistics through our online portal. We will send you your unique login automatically as part of your customer confirmation email. Your statistics will enable you to gain a better understanding of when you receive calls and how long they last. This information can be crucial when creating a forwarding looking business plan.
You can either prepare a script for each service for us to have recorded or upload your own recordings via our online portal. Adding personalised recordings significantly adds to your professional image and moves you up to a whole new level of customer service. All services within our free package are generic recordings.
A full set of recordings is included in our upgraded packages, or can be arranged for an additional fee.
If you receive personal and business calls to your mobile, or operate multiple brands you can separate the calls by adding a Call Whisper. This is an audio notification which plays once you answer a call to our number, allowing you to introduce the customer or associate professionally.
Using our online portal you can make instant changes to your call setup. Avoid any delays in waiting for our engineers to action your requests. Make almost real-time changes to your call diverts and services such as your destination number, voicemails and ring groups.
Hunt or Ring Group
Ensure you never miss a business call again by diverting your calls to multiple landline or mobile numbers. A Ring Group will call multiple numbers simultaneously, where as a Hunt Group will call numbers is set order until the call is answered.
In the event of a line fault or natural disaster you can ensure you continue to take business calls.
Simply login to our portal and make instant changes to your services and / or destination numbers.
If you receive multiple calls at the same time, and all your operators are busy you can place each call in a queue until the call can be answered. A call queue can include hold music and regular messages which could be an extra advertising opportunity. Should any of your callers decide they no longer wish to wait in the queue they can opt out and leave a voicemail.
Enable your callers to navigate through a menu to find the correct department or operator. This removes the need for your staff to manually divert calls or can act as a great way to give off a big business image.
Missed Call Reports
View detailed reports of answered calls, voicemails and calls that were unanswered. This service allows you to gain a greater understanding of your customer trends, and provide detailed information on how your other services should operate.
Queue Stats Monitor
Gain a greater understanding of your busiest times by monitoring your average hold time. This will allow you to adjust your staffing levels or other services to ensure all your incoming calls are answered promptly.
Time of Day Routing
This service is also known as time conditions. This service enables you to change the way your services work depending on the time of the day. This could include out of office hours, temporary business closures of holiday periods.
It could be that you elect to answer calls to a different number, or send all calls to voicemail. Everything will be actioned automatically to your specific requirements.
All the data we collect on your inbound calls can be downloaded as a CSV file, which are commonly opened using Excel.
